“I was looking forward to a fun afternoon, but the arcade was a bit of a letdown. A lot of the machines felt outdated, with several out of order and no clear signs to say so until you’d already put money in. The claw machines and ticket games seemed impossible to win on, which took away some of the enjoyment. It’s a shame, because the place has potential to be lively and entertaining, but it just felt a bit run down.” “The staff were polite enough, but they didn’t seem particularly interested in helping when I mentioned a machine had swallowed my coins. The atmosphere was lacking too — quite dark and noisy without much energy. If you just want to kill some time, it’s fine, but for the price of the games I expected better upkeep and a bit more variety. Probably won’t be rushing back any time soon.”

“We booked a LaserQuest party package for our son’s 8th birthday in June 2025, for a group of 7-8 year olds and had an upsetting experience, with children verbally abused and bullied by other players. The children in our party were playing LaserQuest against a group of much older teenage boys, which we flagged as a concern to the LaserQuest team. However we were assured that stewards would be present to ensure proper behaviour. Unfortunately this was not the case and several of the children were bullied, sworn at and verbally abused by the older boys, including racial abuse. Two children came out in floods of tears. One of the children flagged the older boys’ behaviour to a steward within the game, but their response was completely inadequate and the game was allowed to continue. Note that parents must wait outside during the LaserQuest games – so are fully entrusting their children’s wellbeing to the LaserQuest team. I have raised the matter with Woking Superbowl who have said they will be re-evaluating their training and procedures, but whether anything changes in practice remains to be seen. I feel that currently the LaserQuest team are unable to provide a safe environment for children, and parents should be made aware what they are potentially exposing their children to.”

“We visited a a larger group and the lady in charge was fantastic,explained everything and was very helpful and understanding despite a few requests and there being a few of us. Lanes are super clean and nice, bowling was great, they also have an arcade and served food and drinks, we only had drinks but they were all fab. Would be fantastic for kids, parties,groups”

“I went for bowling and had people with me , I went to inquire for the time slots left for bowling and the girl at the reception she was a brunette, white Caucasian Female , I called her 3 times to ask her about the slots and she ignored until the other receptionist saw it and came to attend to my query’s. I take this as discrimination as I’m a black female. Do better .”

“Went to Super Bowl for a laser quest birthday party and Michaela was our host for all 3 of our games. She was extremely welcoming and informative, and made the atmosphere even better. Thank you Michaela, I hope I’ve spelled your name right, you are an icon!!”

“Came here the other day for my 7 year old birthday. It was so much fun! A man named Liam was so helpful and kind. Laser quest was so fun and interactive. And the bowling was so smooth and good. I definitely recommend this place.”

“Me and some friends had a bad experience there last weekend, we had been nothing but polite but had been told we weren’t allowed to just “hang out there” even though we were all holding menus clearly about to order . 10 minutes later a member of staff said the manager had complained we had outside drinks on the table and our feet up on the table which wasn’t true and for the rest of the night we felt very on edge as multiple staff members would walk past and stare at us as if we were doing something wrong. This used to be one of my favourite places to hangout so it’s sad that the places vibe has changed.”

“Came Friday night with a group of friends, we booked for the beats and bowl deal which was a decent price. Great atmosphere and staff friendly. Will come again in near future.”

“Be sure not to have fun….we arrived 20 minutes early and registered early, had to ask for drinks we purchased online as reception forgot to give them and asked for side rails to be put up as it was 3 children. Took our turn and had to go back and queue at reception and ask for rails as they hadn’t been put up. Apparently it was busy so they booked back to back which means your given 30 minutes, 3 kids that’s 10 minutes per child, 10 frames each of 2 bowls means 30 seconds time allowed per bowl including the resetting of pins!!! So last child missed her last bowl as time ran out!! She was literally standing in the lane with ball in hand!!! Reception just said they are booked back to back….tried to explain we lost time having to ask for rails they didn’t care….clearly they don’t allocated sufficient time for children to play and 30 minutes gives insufficient time. I thought bowling was supposed to be fun and social but be sure not to let your kids talk and make sure you rush!!! No time for kids slow rolling balls or sharing lightweight balls with next lanes kids. Waste of money for 30mins. Clearly not enough time is allocated and just about making as much money as possible.”

“We came to Woking Superbowl tonight for my son’s 5th birthday with his two brothers and sister. Unfortunately, what should have been a lovely birthday evening was quite disappointing. Check-in was absolutely fine and the gentleman we were told was the manager was friendly and welcoming. The bowling itself was also enjoyable and the children had a great time. My son is autistic and takes a little longer with his turns, so our game may have taken slightly longer than usual, but we were still within our booked time. When we went to order food at around 7:50pm, we were told the kitchen was closed. This hadn’t been made clear to us and we’d planned to have pizzas for my son’s birthday. When I explained this, the response from the girl serving us was very blunt — that it wasn’t her fault or problem because they were short-staffed. I even asked for a milkshake and was told that wasn’t available either. Towards the end of our game, staff were cleaning around us and giving us looks that made us feel like we needed to leave. Our game finished around 9:20pm and the children were excited to use the arcade, but the change machine had already been switched off. We asked if we could change our £40 into pound coins and were met with a very rude response that they were closing and weren’t giving out any more change. When I asked to speak to the manager, he immediately changed the money for us without any issue. I completely understand that staff shortages happen and that places have to close, but there is a huge difference between explaining that politely and making customers feel like an inconvenience. We were there celebrating our son’s 5th birthday, and with his autism, he can sometimes need a little extra time and patience. The bowling was good and the manager was lovely, but unfortunately the attitude from some of the staff really put a dampener on what should have been a special birthday evening”

“Always an awesome experience! Been there thrice and always had a good experience. Except for the last time… A worker came over to tell us to hurry up and finish bowling as we were lagging behind… The audacity!!! After we were early for our pre-booked slot and had to wait 10 mins past our time so that another group could finish and take up their coats and a worker had to clean up all the mess they left… Smh! Was not our fault!”

“Attended a laserquest party at the weekend, the kids all had a great time. Party host was great. A young lad called Harvey was particularly patient and kind to my young son during the game. Much appreciated 👏🏼”

“They did a brilliant job for our son’s laser quest party. Everyone was so polite, helpful and efficient. That was particularly true of our party host, Ruby, and her trainee Logan, who made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Highly recommended – one of the best birthday experiences we have had.”

“The Manager and staff here totally rude and useless and unhelpful. I won 1300 tickets on the Arcade games I bought a Minecraft squishy for 1000 tickets and 8 small refreshers for 200 tickets so I had 100 tickets left so I asked for 2 Maoimi sweets 50 tickets each. Staff member and manager say you can only have 200 tickets worth of sweets what a Nonsense rule they had loads of sweets there. They don’t have any sign on machines or prize shop mentioning this. They let you lose all your money on Arcade games and then tell you. They are bunch of con artists and because I argued with Manager and tried to take a photo of the sweets in prize shop I was then told to get out and the sad moody manager called security they gave me a 1 year banning order from Woking shopping centre. Then 1 of male staff outside the bowling alley thought he was a police officer he threatened to detain me if I didn’t delete the photos of my phone. What a jobsworth. Please please avoid this place just look at how many 1 * reviews they have. Also 10p pushers beds were really flat so you won’t win any 10ps take a look when your in there you be shocked.”

“We went to a laser quest party at Woking Super Bowl last weekend. It was a great party, all ran very smoothly and the kids had a brilliant time 🙂 I wanted to leave a review to thank the staff SO MUCH for their handling of my son’s food: he is coeliac and often parties are a bit of an issue for him – but not here. The staff went absolutely above and beyond to make sure he was given a safe meal. Unfortunately I didn’t get the lady’s name who I was speaking to, but she was amazing!! She kept me informed about all the ingredients in absolutely everything and the very lengthy process they’d followed to ensure his meal was safe 🙂 I was blown away and am so grateful for such a wonderful experience!! Thank you so much!”

“The atmosphere was buzzing but relaxed, perfect for both a casual hangout and a bit of friendly competition. We had a good laugh trying to out-score each other on the lanes, then spent some time in the arcade too. It’s the kind of place where everyone – young or old – can get involved and have a good time together. The food and drinks were great too, hitting the spot after a few games, but I’ve got to say – the Oreo shake was absolutely to die for. Seriously, you’ve got to try it! 😋 All in all, it was a great outing, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a fun, laid-back place to chill, play, and make memories. 🎉”

Arrived and booked in in person for a lane for 2 games, 6 people (3 adults, 3 children) and it came to £88 which seemed like a lot and more than when I’d checked online earlier. Sat down and checked the price online for the exact same thing at it was £76. Went back to the attendant who told us rather bluntly “that’s the way superbowl operate”.”
